Tracking Process starts working only after 72 hours of shipping.

It will take 7-14 working days from the date of dispatch for the products to  reach sent through India Post. Sometimes,it may get delivered late due to regulations of custom clearing agencies of the destined country.

Shipping via DHL or FEDEX takes 4-5 working days to deliver.

Shipping Deadlines, Timelines and Other Tips for Fast Shipping

Our shipping turnaround times are amazingly fast most of the time compared to our competition.  However some things are out of our control such as holidays, weather, payment issues, incomplete orders, additions to orders and incorrect shipping information.

CUSTOMS: Your shipment may be charged additional customs fees or taxes upon entering your country. These additional fees ARE NOT included in the shipping and handling charge already paid to Beach Stone Aroma. Beach Stone Aroma is not responsible for extra fees such as import taxes or customs duties. Any tax, tariff or duty charges are the sole responsibility of our customers outside of India. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order to help you avoid any unforeseen charges.

HAZMAT: Many essential oils are considered to be hazardous (mainly because of flammability) and thus require special handling. These essential oils can be shipped outside of the India when using specific handling guidelines, which we follow. Any oil considered to be hazardous is shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL.
