At Beach Stone Aroma we take great care over our packaging. We endeavour to find the right containers for the right products to ensure the oils are not only protected from heat and light, but are also secure during transit.

We review our packaging regularly to make sure we are using the safest and the most environmentally friendly containers. We offer a large assortment of aromatherapy and essential oil containers.

OEM Services / Contract Filling/Private Label Packaging of Essential Oils

 Here at Beach Stone Aroma we are contract filling for some of the larger companies but also smaller one’s.

The reason why they use us is because we get the products out on time with no minimum amounts so they are not having to outlay large amounts of their expenditure just to keep those product’s in stock.

Most companies out there expect you to order and wait up to 3 weeks before shipping, also on small contract bottling they have an extra setting up cost that can outweigh the proposal of having this done by them.

Also we do a labelling service (Minimum 100 unit of the same product) this again is not so with most contract bottlers, our labels are chemical resistant and can be of full photo quality.

We believe that looking after the smaller companies like this it gives them time to grow without the large outlay the bigger companies request.

Aluminium Essential Oil Bottles

Aluminum essential oil bottles are ideal for packaging essential oils, flavors, and cosmetic products. Essential oils and flavors have been packaged in aluminum bottles for decades. Aluminum essential oil bottles provide superior protection from spoilage. Most essential oils can be stored easily in plain aluminum; in a few cases, epoxy phenolic coatings are used to ensure product compatibility.

Aluminum essential oil bottles also have the added advantage of being lightweight, leak-proof, vapor-proof and tamper-proof, ensuring the quality of the essential oils and flavors and preventing contamination. Aluminum essential oil bottles are U.N. approved as single packaging.

Sizes Available are 50ml to 5 Litre.

Glass Bottles

 Our amber glass Euro Dropper Bottles dispenses a wide range of essential oil / carrier oil combinations for aromatherapy applications. Essential oil viscosities may vary according to the type and concentration of oils used. We give you a choice of white or black tamper evident caps.

Sizes Available are 10ml to 100ml.

Plastic Bottles

We Offer a range of PET plastic bottles specifically designed for the aromatherapy market. Many essential oils used for aromatherapy require a strong bottle that does not leak, nor ‘panels’ due to the plastic’s reaction with the oils. This is especially prevalent in polyethylene plastic bottles.

In the past, these products have been packaged in glass. At the filling stage, glass bottles can present problems with irregular sides, base rock, lid fit, condensation, breakages, and their weight adds significantly to transport costs.

Bulk Packaging

Bulk Packaging is available for large quantity material. This type of packaging ensures safe transit of materials at minimum cost. We use all UN compliant packaging material.

GALVANIZED IRON (GI) DRUMS.

These are available for essential oils, options of 25 kg and 180 kg sizes are present.

HDPE PLASTIC DRUMS

HDPE plastic drums are available for the volume of 25 kg and used exclusively for carrier oils.

We package all of the products from bulk so if you require a size that is not listed just drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

STORAGE OF ESSENTIAL OILS

We Strongly Recommend to Store the essential oil in room-temperature conditions and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures (leaving oils in the car during the summer, on window sills, etc.).

Avoid exposing the oils to direct sunlight or other sources of UV rays.

Prevent prolonged exposure to oxygen which can cause oxidation of the oil over time (leaving the cap unscrewed, etc.).

Tightly secure the caps after each use (prevents the oil from evaporating and decreases exposure to oxygen).
